The apartments are located in the center of the historical Avlida Beach. Thanks to it’s proximity to Athens, Avlida is ideal from holidays throughout the year.

We have created three different apartments that can fully accommodate your needs and guarantee a pleasant and memorable stay, even for one weekend.

The houses are in the center of the village, facing a quiet street and 90 meters from the sea where are many options in cafes, taverns, restaurants. Within walking distance of the apartments there are pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, bookstores, shops with fishing equipment, shops with clothes, hairdressers etc.

It is worth visiting the picturesque square of our village with the traditional cafes to get a taste of the old years and enjoy the delicacies of the area under the trees.

The accommodation is 65 km away. from Athens and 72km. from Piraeus. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, at 82 km. from the apartments.

Iphigenia is located in Paralia Avlidas (Avlida-Halkida), which is a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The square is arounda 300m walk where you can enjoy your coffee, have a drink, or evena delicious meal. Furthermore, it is only a 10min drive from the cosmopolitan city of Halkida.

The ground floor apartment is 57m2. It has a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a sleeper sofa along with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (2.10m) and a private bathroom. There is also a balcony located on the front side of the building. It can host 2 guests.
